Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the CBSE curriculum
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
Provide individualized attention to each child to ensure their academic and emotional development
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the overall development of each child
Assess and monitor the progress of each child and communicate with parents regularly
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Certification in Montessori or other early childhood education methods preferred
Previous experience working with young children in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude towards children
