Creating and strengthening bonds with students
• Planning creative ways & methods
• Planning and preparation & delivering sessions to all students in the Class
• Age appropriate Teaching Methodology in accordance with ability of students and group of students
• Assigning homework and monitoring their progress on regular basis
• Oral and Written assessment as per academic planner
• Preparation of evaluation report to meet the standards of school
• Reporting on the development and progress of the students both with leaders and parents.
• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents/guardians during PTM or as and when the requirement to ensure the best interest of students
• Reviewing and evaluating one's own teaching and learning strategies and timely upgrading it.
