Job Title: Mother Teacher

Role Overview:

We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and nurturing Mother Teacher for the Pre-Primary wing. The Mother Teacher will play a key role in a child’s foundational development by handling all core subjects and being the primary point of contact for students and parents. The role involves creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main class teacher for a section, teaching all core subjects (English, Maths, EVS, etc.)
Foster emotional, social, and academic growth of students in early grades
Maintain a structured daily routine and manage classroom discipline
Use innovative teaching techniques, including activity-based and experiential learning
Observe and document each child’s progress, behavior, and development
Collaborate with subject teachers and academic coordinators when required
Regularly interact with parents through PTMs and updates to build a strong school-home partnership
Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports student learning and well-being
Requirements:

Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (NTT or ECCE preferred for Pre-Primary)
2+ years of experience in handling pre-primary/primary students in a reputed school
Excellent communication skills in English
Patient, loving, and empathetic personality
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
Preferred Qualities:

Creative and resourceful in classroom management
Passionate about teaching and early childhood education
Good at storytelling, art & craft, or music activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
