Job Description
Primary Title: Motion Graphics Designer (Digital Marketing)
Role & Responsibilities
• Design and deliver on-brand motion graphics and short-form videos for paid social, display, email, websites, and product marketing assets—end-to-end from concept to final export.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments that translate campaign briefs into scalable video formats and localization templates.
• Edit and optimize video content for platform-specific specs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic display) ensuring file-size, aspect ratio, and codec compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and UX designers to iterate quickly on assets, implement feedback, and A/B test creative variants.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and production-ready deliverables in asset libraries for efficient reuse across campaigns.
• Advise on creative best practices, motion design language, and visual branding to elevate campaign CTR and view-through rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video work focused on digital marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Proven proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion design and editing workflows.
• Experience producing platform-optimized video creatives for paid social and display (square, vertical, 16:9, bumper formats).
• Comfort with storyboarding, animatics, and translating creative briefs into actionable assets.
• Ability to deliver high-quality output under tight production timelines in an on-site, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, color theory, typography, and motion timing for digital experiences.
Preferred
• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) for integrating 3D renders into motion pieces.
• Familiarity with Figma for working with UI/UX teams and producing animation-ready assets.
• Knowledge of HTML5 ad animation or Google Web Designer for rich-media creative is a plus.
