Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative, collaborative, mission-driven, and experienced Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who is committed to excellence. They should be able to generate ideas and visually represent complex concepts to achieve project goals. They should be deadline-driven, organized and detail-obsessed. Their focus will be on delivering the highest quality animations and videos that deliver a clear message and give a delightful watching experience.
• Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating animations and motion graphics for educational, training, marketing, and sales videos.
- Editing screen recordings, redacting sensitive information, producing storyboards and high-quality video assets from raw concepts.
- Establish best practices, adhere to brand guidelines to ensure an integrated brand perception, and maintain video assets libraries.
- Work closely with co-workers from sales, marketing, operations, product, engineering, and design teams to ensure the projects are delivered with utmost quality and the deliverables are meeting stakeholder expectations, including adherence to established timelines.
- Select, edit, and incorporate third-party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all produced material is correctly optimized for chosen dissemination (web, social media, large presentation screen, etc)
• Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Experience with UI motion graphics, animation, and video editing tools, especially Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Knowledge of other animation tools like Principle for mac will be an added advantage.
- 3+ years of experience and an available online portfolio that demonstrates the evolution of projects from idea to finished projects.
- Great taste and proven ability in visual design, composition, and art direction for large-scale, multi-channel marketing and product marketing campaigns.
- Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams i.e. Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently.
- Patient and kind; you are eager to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for presentations with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in animation or visual/graphic design or equivalent course along with the required industry experience.
