Xcova was established in 2008 to provide offshore legal services to Smart Legal ( from India to UK law firms. Xcova utilises state-of-the-art technology to provide high-quality data processing services, business development services, IT services, support services, and legal services to UK law firms.
Xcova currently provides a wide range of outsourced support to Smart Legal, including conveyancing support, compliance, IT, accounts, business development, and marketing functions. Working from Home Environment
You will work, given the luxury of working from home on UK hours. However, if your performance or productivity falls below our expectations, you may be required to work from our office.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Creative Designer with expertise in both graphic and video design, with an extensive design portfolio (Must). You must have a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and video projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication through English and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in UK hours (8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday), including UK public holidays.
• Optimise videos for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to improve design and video editing skills continuously.
• Ensure timely delivery of design and video projects while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital assets, branding elements, and other related projects.
• Translate our requirements and creative briefs into visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand identity and style guidelines. Ensure consistency in brand visuals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality design work, including logos, infographics, advertisements, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your skills and deliver exceptional results. Note social media trends and create designs that resonate with different audiences.
• Lead the creation of engaging video content for diverse platforms, including reels, short clips, and longer-form videos.
• Handle end-to-end video production, from assisting in conceptualisation and scripting with the marketing team to editing.
• Play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Smart Legal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand messaging and translate it into compelling visual content.

Remuneration
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 INR per calendar month.
