Job Description
As part of your toolkit, youll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop to support you in delivering great service wherever you are.
This full-time opportunity, which offers a hybrid work environment with core hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You'll attend one anchor day per week and participate in our monthly team day held on the last Wednesday of each month. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Dharug country (Parramatta).
What You'll Do
Assess Motor Vehicle damage in relation to Insurance claim/s including determining the safe and correct method of repair and identification of inconsistent damage.
Manage worklists within Service Levels Agreements to effectively control risk, ensuring that STC is compliant with regulations and industry codes.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with a group of suppliers as appointed, in particular smash repairers and Service providers in order to optimise outcomes and to address and resolve complex issues, customer enquiries and complaints.
Provide exceptional Customer Experience to Insured and Third Party Customers.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Insurance Motor Vehicle Loss Assessing and Claims is a must.
Tertiary qualification/s in Motor Repair Trades.
Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating fair claim outcome
Experience with heavy motor machinery would be an advantage.
Valid Drivers Licence.
