Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono.
We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience.

Being the face and the hands of our brand
Providing an amazing experience front of house
Prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love
Becoming a whizz at all sections
Making sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean
Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service restaurant environment!
What we look for
This is a great entry-level role, so no experience is required. If you have a big appetite for learning, we will show you the rest.

What's Next?
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to complete an interview as part of the next stage of the recruitment process.
Our roles are permanent part-time or casual. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship.
Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.

Pay: $15.10 – $40.00 per hour
