Job Description: Full-Time Interstate OTR Driver
We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking Mover Helpers, Drivers and Interstate OTR Drivers in Tampa to join our professional moving team! Drivers must be 21+ with a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical (company-paid). Our drivers are an essential part of the moving crew, so youll need the stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.

OTR Driver Responsibilities Include:
• Loading, transporting, and delivering household items and furniture to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Using an electronic logging device (ELD) to track hours of service (HOS) and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.
• Driving out of state, with trips potentially spanning several days at a time.
• Communicating with the operations team to coordinate travel details, stops, and delivery timelines.
• Reviewing inventories before and after delivery to ensure services are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
• Serving as a crew leader and point of contact for clients throughout the move.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, especially when interacting with clients and team members.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
Requirements:
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Moving experience preferred.
• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and cooperate with others.
• Availability for all coverage, including nights and weekends as needed.
