Website Development Opportunity
This is a paid internship for skilled individuals who are looking to expand their web development skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Remote | Duration: 2-3 Months | Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
As a website developer, you will be responsible for leading technical architecture decisions for the platform. This includes designing and implementing scalable web applications, overseeing platform development and code quality, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews.
Responsibilities:
• Lead technical architecture decisions for the platform
• Design and implement scalable web applications
• Oversee platform development and code quality
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Establish development workflows and best practices
• Integrate frontend and backend components
• Implement security measures and optimize performance
• Manage database design and optimization
• Set up deployment and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with other teams on technical requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js)
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP)
• Database management experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• MS Dynamics 365 Project Manager/ Lead Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide business teams in building efficient ERP processes.
• Leverage D365 (and future SAP) back-end knowledge for quick functional mapping and reporting.
• Lead data analytics team to deliver insights across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Production.
• Coordinate with ERP consultants, site operations, and IT for system enhancements and rollouts.
• Support process design, SOPs, and WIPs for key areas like supply chain and manufacturing.
• Standardize system documentation and customize ERP training per site needs.
• Manage requirement gathering and system enhancements with global and site teams.
• Strengthen ERP knowledge across super users and key users.
• Support transition from D365 to SAP from a functional perspective.
• Improve GxP documentation practices and compliance.
• Create UAT scripts and facilitate testing with users.
• Assure GxP documentation (e.g., SOPs) is up to date.
• Assist during hypercare by clarifying system change requests.
• Identify ERP standardization opportunities across sites.
• Ensure system interface integrity post-enhancement.
• Oversee cutover activities: data cleansing, updates, and migration.
• Extract ERP insights to support Technical Operations decisions.
• Maintain cross-functional view of D365 projects and PMO tools.
