Casual Coach - Badminton Star Academy and Football Star Academy- Gold Coast
We're #hiring for a Casual Badminton Coach and Casual Football Coach in North West Gold Coast (QLD).
Badminton/Football Star Academy is looking for a qualified coach to join our franchise in the North West region of Gold Coast, suburbs including Helensvale, Coomera, Ormeau, Pimpama and other suburbs. The franchise has an aggressive growth targets for expansion in 2026 and 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the franchise at a time of exponential growth and be part of an incredible success story.
About this role:
- Deliver Weekly & School Holiday Programs
- Provide mentorship for junior coaches
- Assist with Business Development & Operations
- Represent the Company at Conferences
- Instil a positive culture among kids
- Demonstrate Leadership & Ownership
- Comply with Company policies & procedures
What we are looking for:
- Valid Accreditation
- Passionate about grassroots development
- Motivated to achieve set goals and KPIs
- Energetic, Reliable and a Friendly personality
- Available to coach on weekends (8am to 12pm)
- WWCC & First Aid Certification
- Must have a driver's license and a car.
