Job Title: Multi Trader - L3Z2
To carry out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals in accordance with best trade practice and current standards and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct emergency and routine reactive repairs on multiple sites daily
Carry out single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties
Maintain consistently high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Working Hours:
The core working hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. However, the post-holder is required to work flexibly to support service delivery between these hours.
