Position Overview:
• Responsibilities:
Spatial Design:
Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and elevations that align with the project's vision and client requirements.
Integrate ergonomic and functional considerations into spatial designs.
3D Modeling and Rendering:
Produce high-quality 3D models of interior spaces, products, architectural structures, and civil projects.
Generate realistic renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Material Knowledge:
Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of materials used in interior design, product development, architecture, and civil projects.
Source and recommend materials based on project requirements, functionality, and sustainability.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Provide valuable insights and contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative ideation.
Adaptability:
Quickly adapt to evolving project scopes, client preferences, and industry trends.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating versatility in design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in creating detailed drawings and 3D models with a strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design expertise.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, and rendering tools.
Exceptional understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
