Regional Head / BDM Sale / Key Account Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and expand our market presence in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our solar modules to EPC companies, distributors, project developers, and other key stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of solar modules
Achieve sales targets by generating leads, managing negotiations, and closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Provide technical and commercial support to clients during the sales process
Address customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
Provide insights to the management team to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize product offerings.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. MBA preferred.
3-7 years of experience in sales or business development in the solar industry (preferably in solar modules).
Strong understanding of solar PV technology and industry trends.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
