What You'll Do
• Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
• Screening resume and selecting the best fit sending to Line Manager
• Handle candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirement.
• Identify and build social content that reaches and engages with target candidates across different social media channels
• Update recruitment reports to strategic group everyday
Who You Are
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function.
• Excellent communicator and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, service minded.
• Flexible mindset and a team player
