Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality music education by following Flurn’s structured teaching methodology, ensuring an enriching experience for every student.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging music classes, both in group and private formats, at nearby apartment locations
Follow Flurn’s teaching methodology to ensure consistent and quality instruction across all classes
Utilize the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and other class-related tasks
Ensure that all classes begin on time and adhere to the set schedule
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and enjoyment of music
Required Candidate Profile:
Passion for Teaching: You love teaching music and find joy in sharing your knowledge
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience teaching music to children and adults
Certification: Certified in Keyboard or Guitar, with the ability to follow a structured course outline
Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and tailoring lessons to meet varying skill levels
