Job Title: Music Instrument Instructor / Performer
• Key Responsibilities
- Instrument Training:
- Teach students the techniques and skills needed to play their chosen instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, drums, etc.).
- Develop lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced musicians.
- Focus on reading music, improvisation, and building repertoire.
- Performance Preparation:
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, or competitions.
- Provide coaching on stage presence and performance techniques.
- Student Development:
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creativity and confidence in playing the instrument.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize student recitals, jam sessions, or music workshops.
- Collaborate with other instructors for group lessons or ensemble performances.
- Maintenance and Care:
- Educate students on the proper handling, tuning, and maintenance of their instruments.
• Qualifications
- Proficiency in playing the instrument(s) you will be teaching.
- Prior experience as a music instructor or performer.
- Strong understanding of music theory and practical techniques.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching music.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Skills
- Ability to teach multiple instruments or vocal techniques.
- Certification in music education or formal training in your instrument.
- Experience with digital music tools or software (e.g., GarageBand, Sibelius).
- Knowledge of diverse musical styles and genres.
• Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 per week
