Key Responsibilities:
Teach students of various ages, with a special focus on managing and engaging younger children.
Deliver lessons that incorporate a variety of instruments from percussion, string, and vocal categories to provide a holistic music education.
Continuously collaborate with the program team to refine and improve the curriculum based on student needs and feedback.
Develop fun, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons that keep students excited about learning music.
Organise and lead student performances, ensuring students have the opportunity to showcase their progress and gain stage confidence.
Communicate with parents about student progress and provide suggestions for practice and development at home.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with young children and parents.
Mastery in one or more of the following instruments and a basic understanding of all: keyboard/piano, drums, guitar, or vocal. Having a grade certificate in any of the instruments is a plus.
Ability to read staff notation and a solid understanding of basic music theory.
Prior teaching experience, especially with children, is preferred but not mandatory.
A passion for music education and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
Flexibility and creativity in lesson planning, with a focus on adapting to the needs of each student.
What We Offer:
3 weekdays (4pm to 7pm) + Saturday and Sunday (10am to 7pm)
Performance reviews every 6 months to ensure growth and recognition.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
