Musicworks Canada is rapidly expanding across AB/BC and we are looking for Music Teachers available for in-person studio teaching.
Capable of teaching beginner to advanced level students
Encouraging and caring to help students develop an enjoyment and appreciation of music
RCM Certified/Equivalent or University Degree is an asset
Previous teaching experience is an asset

Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students of various ages
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Teach students how to play musical instruments and understand music theory
- Develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual student needs
- Organize and supervise music-related activities and performances
Skills
- Proficiency in playing musical instruments
- Classroom management skills
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to educate and inspire students through music
- Background in early childhood education is a plus
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $16.00-$32.00 per hour
