Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality music education by following Flurn’s structured teaching methodology, ensuring an enriching experience for every student.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging music classes, both in group and private formats, at nearby apartment locations
• Follow Flurn’s teaching methodology to ensure consistent and quality instruction across all classes
• Utilize the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and other class-related tasks
• Ensure that all classes begin on time and adhere to the set schedule
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and enjoyment of music
Required Candidate Profile:
• Passion for Teaching: You love teaching music and find joy in sharing your knowledge
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience teaching music to children and adults
• Certification: Certified in Keyboard or Guitar, with the ability to follow a structured course outline
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and tailoring lessons to meet varying skill levels
