• Tentative far end list to Survey Partner .
• Co-ordination with survey teams .
• Link Design on Planning Tool
• Hands on and familiar with Transmission planning tools Path Loss , TLP , Mentum Ellipse .
• Understanding of Existing Network Architecture.
• Frequency Planning & QAM planning Techniques to meet capacity requirements
• Network Re Engineering
• PCM Planning ,IP / VLAN Planning
• Expertise in PCM planning , E1 allocation for New rollout and upgrade activities
• Rerouting Plans
• IP & VLAN planning for 2G/3G/4G
• New product, Vendor, Technologies evaluation
• Be aware of new developments in the technology front and the new products from existing as well as new vendors.
• Process adherence
• Adherence to MW transmission guidelines
• Periodic tracking of network through reports .
• Adherence to Regulatory Compliance
