n8n Automation Specialist
Full-Time / Contract | Marketing & Automation | lbaps.com
Pay:$45.00 – $75.00 per hour, depending on experience & marketing automation portfolio
ABOUT LBAPS
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and drivenn8n Automation Specialist to become an integral part of our mission-driven team. LBAPS provides life-changing ABA therapy, diagnostic services, and educational support to children and families across multiple states. We are building smart, automated systems that amplify our marketing reach and streamline our operations — and we need someone who can make that happen with precision and creativity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain n8n automation workflows for marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations
Connect and orchestrate tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Slack, and internal APIs
Automate social media scheduling, content distribution, and performance reporting pipelines
Build lead capture and follow-up sequences that reduce manual workload and improve conversion rates
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live workflows to ensure reliability and performance
SKILLS
Proven hands-on experience building workflows in n8n(self-hosted or cloud)
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar)
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on automation performance metrics
