Job Description
We’re on the lookout for someone proactive, organised and people-focused to join our DX Mail team.
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable go-to person behind the scenes, playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
This is a busy, hands-on role providing daily support across key business functions. From day-to-day administrative support such as new business onboarding or customer reporting for the sales team, to booking travel and conferences and providing personal assistant support for the leadership team, this pivotal position sits at the centre of the business.
You’ll need to be well organised, proactive, and comfortable switching priorities as needed. You’ll manage bookings, coordinate diaries and logistics, and provide trusted support that helps leaders stay focused and effective. At the same time, you’ll support the sales team with onboarding, reporting, and general administration that keeps deals moving and customers well informed.
You’ll also help ensure our Penrose office remains well organised and welcoming, staying on top of supplies, coordinating visitors, and supporting general office operations.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works confidently with different personalities, and takes pride in being the steady, capable person behind the scenes.
Here's what you'll do…
Support team leaders with admin tasks, including onboarding packs and meeting coordination
Order stationery, kitchen supplies, uniforms and other consumables
Book flights, accommodation and rental cars
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to keep things running smoothly
Provide reception cover and general support when needed

Confidence learning and using various systems and juggling multiple priorities
Experience in an admin, travel booking or coordination role is ideal
