Job Description
Reports to: DLCG Executive Leadership
Location: Canada (Hybrid – preference for GTA / Lower Mainland, but open to other major centres)
Role Overview
DLCG is looking for a National Curriculum Manager to own and evolve the training strategy for our enterprise platforms, including Velocity, Gold Rush, Connect Payroll & Compliance, AML, BrokerBridge, and Leaderboard.
You will design and manage a multi-year learning roadmap, build modern, scalable training programs for brokers and staff, and ensure that every new feature and product launch is backed by high-quality enablement content in our learning platforms.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, Marketing, and Training.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Roadmap
Own the enterprise training strategy and curriculum across DLCG brands, with a focus on product adoption and measurable outcomes (usage, satisfaction, reduced support load).
Build and maintain a rolling 12–18 month training roadmap tied to major product releases (Velocity, Gold Rush, Connect, BrokerBridge, Leaderboard).
Curriculum Design & Adult Learning
Design role-based learning paths for brokers, franchise owners, head office staff, and new hires.
Develop and maintain training assets using adult learning principles and modern instructional design methods (blended learning, micro-learning, scenario-based learning).
Partner with internal SMEs (Product, Customer Care, Compliance, Operations) to convert complex workflows into simple, actionable training.
LMS & Training Operations
Own the day-to-day operation of DLCG’s learning platforms (e.g., LMS / learning portal), including:
Course creation, publishing, and version control.
Learning paths, certifications, and tracking of completion.
Analytics and reporting on training effectiveness and adoption.
Standardize course templates, naming conventions, and QA processes so content is consistent across brands and products.
Content Production & Delivery
Lead the creation of multi-format content: videos, guides, simulations, in-app walkthroughs, webinars, live workshops.
Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to ensure training content is on-brand and aligned with broader campaigns (e.g., AI Essentials, new product launches).
Support live and virtual training events (INSPIRE, roadshows, webinars) with structured agendas, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track success metrics for training (completion, NPS, adoption uplift, reduced tickets).
Gather feedback from brokers, staff, and leaders; run A/B tests on different training formats and iterate quickly.
Maintain an up-to-date training catalogue that is easy to discover and aligned with BrokerBridge, Support Harmonization, and other enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
3–5+ years in Learning & Development, Curriculum Management, Instructional Design, or Product Enablement, preferably in a SaaS / technology / financial services environment.
Demonstrated experience designing programs for adult learners and building curricula end-to-end (needs analysis → design → delivery → measurement).
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Learn 365, Absorb, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, or similar).
Strong skills with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Camtasia) and collaboration tools (M365, SharePoint, Teams).
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical workflows into clear, practical training for brokers and staff.
Nice-to-Have
Experience building curricula for product launches, change management, or shared-services environments across multiple brands.
Familiarity with our ecosystem (mortgage origination, broker platforms, CRM, compliance, payroll, support tools).
Relevant credentials such as:
CID / ID certifications (e.g., ATD, Instructional Design).
CPLP / CPTD, or other Learning & Development designations.
Experience implementing learning analytics and dashboards.
