Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Zero LWC, FATAL & Fire Incident cases maintain.
• Incident investigation & closure in case of incident.
• Effectively UA, UC & NM reporting through team members
• Closure of Safety Audit PP within SLA/ Safety audit
• Providing Safety Training to atleast 30 % of manpower directly & Rest 70% indirectly.
• Buliding Safety culture among all employees through awareness drive.
• Handling customer escalation effectively.
• Value addition to Business NVM.
• PPE Quality Check & Model Finalization.
• Approve provisional safety budget & Maintain Inventory. Ensure recovery as per process.
• Review Circle HSEF Team to maintain good HSEF Rank as well as timely KPI Sign-off
Experience
12+ years of Circle HSEF Lead experience + Minimum 7 years experience of Business Head
Qualifications
Industry Preferred
Graduation in Engineering + Post Graduate in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Qualified
General Requirements
• Proven experience as a HSEF Lead in a Large organisation for atleast 8 years. Which includes both Industrial Safety as well as Telecommunication Operation Safety
• Lead atleast a team of 30 members for 10 Years
• Proved himself as a succesfull business head for atleast 7 years.
• Ability to innovate new ideas quickly, take decision in critical moment, implement management decision effectively
• Good knowledge of overall Telecommunication O&M activities
