Job Description
- Ensuring complete E-joining formalities on Adrenalin & documentation for personal file creation is done for all employees
- Building on new joiner experience through proper Induction/HR Policy communication to employees
- Supervise and track the completeness of File Management weekly/Monthly
- Drive performance culture at regional level by ensuring timely and objective confirmation reviews
- Ensuring proactive and timely compliances as per local regulations
- Timely redressal of grievances and queries & manage internal employee communication
- Facilitate process on Disciplinary actions, ensure preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly reports/MIS/Data Analytics/PPT
- Employees Budgeting Vs Actual Expense maintaining monthly
- Ensuring Minimum Wages & return adherence Pan India
- Key member of HR Digitization process in the company
- Attrition analysis and management ; identify Talent at Risk
- Support in driving business-aligned programs and change management. Work closely with the Senior manager to execute organizational re-design and implementation of revised frameworks
- Manage complete employee life cycle from Induction to exit interview of the business unit & manage internal employee communication
- Employee Counselling and conflict management
- Separation Management
- Issuance of miscellaneous letters as per requirement and coordinating with External & Internal agency
- Employee query Handling
- Processing of all Invoices raised by Internal Consultants & external Vendors
- Ensuring all approval are in place in case of new joiners, Resigned and Internal Transfers.
- Coordination with vendor for timely pay-outs and salary invoicing.
- Attendance Input Reconciliation with invoice for contract employees
- Adrenalin master updating and audit for accurate database control monthly/quarterly
- Month wise Data Analysis of Invoice, New Joiner and Resigns
- Monitoring issuing of recovery / relieving and confirmation letters for On Roll employees.
- Working on other HR related tasks as assigned
