Travel: Up to 80% (USA & Canada)
We are hiring experienced nCino Consultants, Commercial Credit Managers, and Senior Managers to support large-scale commercial lending and wholesale banking transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong nCino implementation, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and commercial credit experience.
Role Overview
The Commercial Credit Consultant / Manager will play a key role in delivering nCino-led commercial lending transformation programs, supporting operating model design, technology implementations, and next-generation digital lending platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support commercial credit and nCino transformation programs
• Deliver nCino and Salesforce-based commercial lending implementations
• Design next-generation digital platforms and customer experiences for wholesale banking
• Manage consulting engagements end-to-end: planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
• Develop and enhance wholesale credit and nCino consulting offerings
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior banking executives
• Support business development and client growth initiatives
• Establish thought leadership in commercial banking, nCino, and credit transformation
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in management or technology consulting (professional services experience preferred)
• 5+ years of commercial credit / wholesale banking experience (underwriting, origination, servicing, portfolio management)
• Proven experience delivering nCino implementation projects or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud engagements
• Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
• Commercial banking transformation strategy and operating model design
• Experience launching digital lending or banking products
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience
• End-to-end leadership of complex consulting engagements
• nCino and/or Salesforce certifications
• Experience with lending platforms such as Moody’s, Blooma, Built
• French language skills
• Advanced degree or financial certification
• Experience with AI, analytics, GenAI, or automation in commercial lending
