Jobs based - Southern end of the Gold Coast
Are you a cleaning contractor and sick of not knowing what jobs you are going to from one day to the next or even how many hours work you will be paid for? Are you sick of paying fees back to companies that refer work to you?

Our clients are Gold Coast based and require cleans either weekly or fortnightly. Once you have accepted your client they are yours to maintain from there on. We have plenty of clients around Broadbeach, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Tugun, Currumbin, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Nerang looking for suitable cleaners.
As a registered provider under the National Disability and Insurance Scheme, we are known for working with families or people with permanent and significant disabilities. Respect is one of our core values so we take the time to listen and understand what our clients needs are to help make life easier.
We have lots of clients coming on board with us weekly therefore plenty of work to offer you.

2 hour jobs pay $+1.12 - Most of our jobs are 2 hour cleans
No More Looking For Clients - As a Contractor for us we aim to allocate as many clients you’re able to commit to. Of course if you have your own existing clients you can keep them and let us know when you're available to fit with your schedule
No Fees - we don't ask for fees for jobs we refer to you. We just ask that you be honest, reliable friendly and do a good job.
The Work Is Consistent - Unlike one off cleaning jobs our NDIS Participants need regular support. They require frequent cleaning which means once you have accepted a new job, that client now becomes an ongoing job for you. Jobs can be weekly or fortnightly.
You Choose Your Jobs - We understand our Contractors have other responsibilities or priorities. So we work with our Contractors to make sure the jobs we offer meets their needs. We make sure the jobs we offer are within close proximity to Contractor’s location or in areas they agreed to take on work. We regularly check in with our Contractors to confirm their schedules and availability
Weekly Payments - You don't need to chase clients for money. You submit your invoice using our contractor portal each week and you get paid the following week
You Get Support - Although our cleaners are Contractors they’re still part of our team. We encourage open communication and speak to Contractors frequently. We have developed our own technology to make working with Your Helpers Home Services as easy as possible
Portable Long Service Leave - We pay Q-Leave each quarter towards your portal long service leave
Friendly Clients - It’s rewarding helping NDIS Participants with tasks that many take for granted. Clients are genuinely grateful for your service and helping them maintain some independence

To be considered you will need;
Your own reliable vehicle
All equipment necessary for domestic cleaning
An ABN
Public Liability Insurance
To be based on the Gold Coast
Prior domestic cleaning experience
Willing to apply for a NDIS Workers Clearance
