Our Outsourcing team frees businesses from the day-to-day burden of financial and payroll accounting and financial reporting by offering a highly automated all-inclusive service with business information available anytime, anywhere. The practice area is growing rapidly, with both medium and large clients, and as a result of our expansion, we have an immediate opening for Manager.
This position will involve managing outsourcing bookkeeping staff, making and building relationships with our clients, planning and supervising Outsourcing engagements, as well as working to provide recommendations for improving and streamlining processes for the practice.
1. Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
2. Bills/Invoice Processing, Maintain an accurate record of financial transaction.
3. Verify and post sales transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
4. Coordinating within the company and with client’s team
5. Preparing/Updating reports including Management Reports, Budget reporting
6. Assisting/ preparing/overviewing VAT returns
• *Accountant Skills & Competencies**
In addition to formal education, the soft skills we look in an accountant:
1. Speaking skills: Speaking and listening to client requirements.
2. Analytical thinking: Able to identify trends or problems when reviewing finances.
3. Microsoft Office proficiency: Especially Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
4. Well organized: Tracking and analyzing work.
5. High Attention to detail
• *Minimum Qualification/Requirements**
1. IPCC/ ATC/ CA Intermediate/ ACCA
2. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Cloud accounting software
3. Should be fluent in English.
