Responsibilities:

Cooking Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to provided recipes, ensuring nutritional value and taste.
Proficient in making rotis (Indian flatbread) and cutting vegetables for two meals a day.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
Manage kitchen inventory and notify when supplies need replenishment.
Household Cleaning Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment after use.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris.
Dust surfaces, furniture, and decorative items to maintain a tidy living environment.
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers, ensuring they are sanitized and presentable.
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding clothes.
Organization and Time Management:
Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure both cooking and cleaning duties are completed within designated time frames.
Maintain a well-organized kitchen and living space to enhance workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with the household members to accommodate meal preferences and scheduling preferences.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with the household members to understand their needs and preferences regarding meals and household chores.
Collaborate with other household staff, if any, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
Notify the employer of any maintenance issues or supplies needed in the kitchen and household cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:
Previous experience as a cook or maid preferred, with proficiency in cooking Indian meals and handling household cleaning tasks.
Ability to make rotis and cut vegetables efficiently for daily meals.
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques for different surfaces.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots and pans, bending, and reaching.
Reliability and Punctuality:
Dependable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling assigned duties on time.
