Job Responsibilities:
As a Domestic Help, your primary responsibilities will include:
Household Cleaning: Ensuring that the house is clean and well-maintained. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all areas of the house, including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Laundry: Managing laundry by washing, folding, and ironing clothes, ensuring that they are organized and put away neatly.
Cooking: Preparing basic meals and snacks for the family. Knowledge of local cuisine is a plus but not mandatory.
Childcare: Looking after a child, ensuring their safety, feeding, and engaging them in age-appropriate activities. You should be kind, patient, and willing to foster a nurturing environment for the child.
Grocery Shopping: Purchasing groceries and household supplies as needed.
Organization: Maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free household.
Occasional Errands: Running errands as requested by the family, such as picking up or dropping off items.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Previous experience in domestic work, cleaning, and childcare is preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt to the family's requirements is essential.
A caring and patient nature, especially when it comes to looking after the child.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the household in order.
Good communication skills to understand and follow instructions from the family.
Honesty and reliability are highly valued in this role.
