Requirements analysis and the writing of design and technical specifications
Software testing, performance tuning and troubleshooting
Architecture Experience, OO, Design Patterns, etc
Good understanding of software methodologies
Good team player, problem solver
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Some Project Management Experience
Experience leading a team in Application Development
Knowledge of financial services, Moody's business
Sybase and SQL Server
