Job description, work day and responsibilities

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

o Partner closely with developers and operational teams in order to implement reporting solution to enhance Speech-to-Text reporting capabilities

o Work on multiple tasks in an environment that requires collaboration with a shifting set of stakeholders, depending on the project needs

o Tailor project/task plans with individual roadmaps and timelines for a variety of project streams and facilitate project requirements ensuring the programs are delivered on time and within scope

o Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans and document detailed action registry following company's standard protocol

o Schedule and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders (i.e. business users, internal developers)

o Assist with quality assurance

o Take ownership of the maintenance and enhancements of front-door requests tool

o Assess and recommend prioritization of requests

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• Mastery of C#, T-SQL, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, JQuery, React, XML, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 -XHTML, CSS3otice and our general Privacy Policy
