Key Responsibilities
• Lead OT/ICS security architecture design including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT/OT integration
• Develop security reference architectures and roadmaps compliant with NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443 standards
• Deploy and configure OT cybersecurity tools: Claroty (asset discovery), Palo Alto/Cradlepoint (firewalls), CrowdStrike (monitoring), BeyondTrust (privileged access)
• Conduct consequence-based risk assessments using Cyber PHA methodologies and vulnerability management with Claroty
• Design OT monitoring solutions with CrowdStrike and Splunk, integrating with ServiceNow for incident management
• Develop OT cybersecurity policies, deliver training programs, and advise on governance frameworks
• Serve as subject matter expert in client workshops and lead project teams
Qualifications
• 10+ years US experience as OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architect (Expert level required)
• Deep hands-on expertise with Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust
• Proven experience with OT risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, and OT cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with Cisco, ServiceNow, Splunk, and TxOne technologies
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to lead technical teams
• Available for onsite work in Houston, TX
