Job Description
The Deployment Mandate: You will own the "Build" phase of our network lifecycle. This involves the coordination of multi-site hardware deployments, managing specialized field engineering crews, and ensuring that all physical infrastructure—from rack elevations to fiber pathways—is installed to Tier-1 standards. Your success is measured by your ability to bring projects from "Paper to Power" on schedule and under budget, while maintaining an uncompromising focus on site safety and quality of workmanship.
Core Competencies:
Rollout Expertise: Minimum 8+ years in large-scale network deployment or telecommunications project management. Experience with CBD-scale fiber rollouts or large campus Wi-Fi deployments is essential.
Logistics & Resource Management: Proven ability to coordinate complex supply chains, manage third-party contractors (riggers, electricians, and technicians), and optimize field resources.
Technical Oversight: While this is a management role, you must have a deep understanding of physical layer standards, structured cabling, rack power requirements, and onsite hardware staging.
Risk & Safety: Comprehensive knowledge of Australian WHS standards as they apply to telecommunications worksites and live network environments.
