Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in advanced routing techniques and practical knowledge of network infrastructure. As a Network Engineer - Advanced Routing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network architectures to ensure efficient and reliable connectivity.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced routing solutions to optimize network performance, including dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and traffic engineering.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices to support advanced routing functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather network requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct network capacity planning and performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize network resources.
Monitor network health and proactively identify and resolve network issues ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement and maintain security measures and best practices to protect network infrastructure from potential threats.
Evaluate and recommend network equipment and technologies to enhance network performance and scalability.
Document network configurations, designs, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to advanced routing and network engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on advanced routing.
Strong practical knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Experience with traffic engineering techniques, including QoS and MPLS.
Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 per month
