Job Description
This role is all about systems ownership and problem solving. You’ll be the go-to SME across transport, warehouse, export, CRM and SAP platforms, leading BAU support and partnering closely with operational teams and vendors. What You’ll Do:
Provide BAU support and SME expertise across Export, Transport, Warehouse (WMS/TMS), CRM and SAP systems.
Manage escalated incidents, changes and system issues.
Maintain system configuration, integrations, master data and standard operating ways of working.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep systems performing, drive improvements and embed best practice.
Support projects as the systems representative, including UAT, data readiness and change support.
What You’ll Bring:
Broad, hands-on systems experience across logistics platforms (SAP, TMS, WMS, CRM), ideally in a complex distribution or FMCG environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple vendors and operational teams.
A logistics or warehousing background, with a practical understanding of how operations run day-to-day would be advantageous.
A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, ownership and a drive to continuously improve.
What You’ll Get in Return:
