- Strong technical expertise in networking and cloud computing
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and software-defined networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in engaging with clients to understand their business needs
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to enterprise and commercial clients
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers by gathering requirements and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Software Development teams to guide product direction
- Support sales initiatives by aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Leverage proof-of-concept resources to demonstrate product capabilities
- Work closely with field engineers to ensure seamless client engagement
- Participate in regular team meetings and share insights to enhance team performance
