Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized NGO Coordinator to oversee and support our ongoing projects and operations. The Coordinator will play a key role in managing field activities, liaising with partners, coordinating volunteers, ensuring compliance with donor and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the impact of our mission. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social change and skilled in project coordination, community engagement, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of NGO programs and activities.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and community stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
Supervise field staff, volunteers, and program facilitators to ensure effective delivery of services.
Support proposal writing, grant applications, and donor reporting.
Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reports in accordance with donor and organizational guidelines.
Organize events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and procedural standards.
Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience working in NGOs or nonprofit project coordination.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Ability to work with diverse communities and adapt to changing field conditions.
Fluency in [local language] and English is preferred.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in donor communications and report writing.
Knowledge of local community development issues and stakeholder landscape.
Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
