Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Night MOD (Manager on Duty) located in Jaipur, India. The Night MOD is responsible for overseeing the night operations of the hospital, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff, and responding to any emergencies that may arise. Key tasks include supervising staff, monitoring patient care, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing or a related field
• Proven experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, and make critical decisions quickly and effectively
• Flexible and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare IT systems is a plus
