Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
