The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Perth Airport, working across our bars, cafés and restaurants. This role is perfect for those passionate about hospitality, offering exceptional customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant with a focus on bar service, you'll bring energy and expertise to every shift. Whether you're mixing drinks, pouring beers, or crafting quality coffee, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and every experience is memorable. ** This role is exclusively for night shifts, full availability during evening and overnight hours is essential

What will you do?
Provide exceptional food and beverage service, focusing on bar operations and general dining areas
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs
Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
Responsible Service of ******* certificate
Food Safety Certificate
Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
Experience in cash handling
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and night shifts
