Shift Schedule: 21-day rotation
Hours Per Day: Approximately 10–12 hours

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one First Year Scaffolder to join our Valued Clients team at Conklin, Alberta. This is a temporary position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety. The expected project duration is 3 to 5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior scaffolders by passing materials and tools as required.
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently.
Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 lbs.
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive physical tasks.
Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience on industrial or construction sites.
Basic knowledge of scaffolding practices and safety procedures.
Work Environment:
Outdoor construction site with variable weather conditions.
Physically demanding environment requiring sustained effort and movement.
