Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding and offboarding.
Ensuring all employee record are maintained and updated promptly.
Custodian for employee documentation.
Will be working closely with Finance for the finalization of the monthly payroll.
Good knowledge of Employment and Labour Law.
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
Hands-on experience with Human Resouces Information System.
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal professional resource to ensure that all employee policies follow current laws and regulations.
Assists HRBP team with various special projects.
Data analytics ability should be good.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related field, Master’s degree preferred
HR Certifications will be plus.
