• Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, and pre screening, background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement.
• Worked with Contractual as well as permanent hiring requirements
• Advance use of job boards, social media, Linkedin, headhunting, Mapping
• Prime responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IT & Non IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT and Non IT services industry which would also include team management
• Web based sourcing/recruiting Building a strong referral network
• Database creation and maintenance Cold Calling
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to deliver the right candidate at the right time for the right kind of a rate.
• Maintain one to one Support with consultants, which lead to better understanding about their core expertise and in better servicing of client requirements.
