Expertise in Bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring Need to recruit candidates based on client's requirement (IT/Non IT).Must have done volume hiring for BPO(Voice Process) and mainly into freshers hiringAssist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills.
Manage stress and be an excellent team player.
Must have experience in C2H hiring
