1. Skating Coach
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct skating sessions for students across relevant age groups.
• Develop and implement training plans for both beginners and advanced learners.
• Organize skating competitions and represent the school in inter-school events.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained during training.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual support.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a skating coach in a school or professional setting.
• Certification in skating coaching or relevant field preferred.
• Proven track record in training students for competitive events.
Skills:
• Technical expertise in inline and/or roller skating.
• Strong instructional and motivational abilities.
• Good communication and team collaboration.
2. Admission Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end admissions process.
• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding academic offerings.
• Coordinate entrance assessments and campus tours.
• Maintain records and provide accurate information to internal teams.
Desired Profile:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an educational institution.
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM or school management software.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Empathy and patience while engaging with parents and students.
General Requirements for All Roles:
