Key Responsibilities
Handle chat and email-based customer support.
Process data entry, data verification, and documentation tasks accurately.
Manage customer queries and requests through non-voice channels.
Maintain records, update internal databases, and ensure data accuracy.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and performance targets.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
