We are looking for Graduate Freshers interested to work in Non voice Chat process for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon.
:
Provide Customer Support
Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Eligibility:
Graduate fresher
Good communication skills
Compensation: 14,000-16,000 in hand
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
