Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Teacher Training Teacher with a specialization in Art and Craft to join our team. As a Nursery Teacher Training Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding aspiring nursery teachers in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their profession, with a particular focus on art and craft education. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future educators who will contribute to the growth and development of young children.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive nursery teacher training programs, with a specific emphasis on art and craft education, including topics such as creative techniques, materials exploration, and integrating art into early childhood curriculum.
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans and instructional materials for art and craft instruction.
Conduct practical teaching sessions to demonstrate effective art and craft teaching techniques.
Assess trainees' progress through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations in the art and craft domain.
Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to enhance their teaching abilities in art and craft.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in art and craft education for young children.
Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the curriculum and training materials, particularly in the art and craft area.
Maintain accurate records of trainees' performance and attendance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience as a nursery teacher or trainer, with expertise in teaching art and craft.
Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education, particularly in the art and craft domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and inspire trainees in a classroom setting, particularly in the context of art and craft education.
Proficiency in various art techniques and materials, and ability to demonstrate and teach them effectively.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
Proficient in using educational technology and instructional tools related to art and craft education.
